The Cooking SchoolThe Cooking School by “Mamma Ornella” is inspired by the great passion of the Martinelli Family for cooking and for traditional flavours. They offer courses at different levels: from basic to specialization courses for all those who want to learn the secrets of cooking, but also for those who want to spend three pleasant hours in a nice and friendly atmosphere. During the lessons guests will be taught cooking methods, but they will be also allowed to exchange experiences, comments, and questions. At the end of the lesson they will taste the food they have prepared. Courses can vary from a minimum commitment of a just one lesson, to a whole week of full immersion where each day is devoted to starters, first courses, second courses, side-dishes, dessert..
